Support Plans

Plan 1 – One-Off/On Demand IT Support 

$150 per hour 

This is a pre-paid plan. 
All tasks will be charged based on estimated hours for the job. 
If the job requires more time to resolve than estimated, the difference will be billed post completion. 
Remote support will be charged in 30 minute increments. 
Minimum charge for on-site support is 2hr. All charges thereafter will be in 60 minute increments. 
Detailed timesheet available online for all tasks done with actual time taken.

Plan 2 – Credit Maintenance 

$120 per hour 
(Pre-Paid Xhrs x S$120 per hour , minimum is 10 hours) 

This is a pre-paid plan, client to purchase required credit hours, minimum is 10 hours, valid for 1 year. 
Balance credit hours at expiry, bring forward to next calendar year with minimum top-up of 10 hours. 
Minimum charge for on-site support is 2hr. 
Credit top-up required if credit falls below 2 hrs. 
Detailed timesheet available online for all tasks done with actual time taken.

Plan 3 – Monthly Retainer

$3,000 for 30 hours per 6 months~ SGD 100 per hour 

This is a fixed monthly retainer package applicable for preventive maintenace plan. 
Highly recommended for any firms where downtime is costly or require immediate assistance.

    • Excess hours will be billed at $150/hour, at end of the month 
    • Each visit on-site is minimum 2hr
Terms 

  • We will estimate the time required for the requested job and seek client’s approval.
  • Upon payment, we will schedule the work based on the agreed job scope.
  • Increase in job complexity and additional requests, will be quoted and invoiced separately.
  • Tasks like diagnostics, coordination with vendors/manufacturers, training, etc that does not guarantee an outcome or will require followup actions will be chargeable.
  • Urgent support will incur a surcharge of 1.5 times the time taken.
  • Support outside office hours will incur a surcharge of 2 times the time taken.
  • Minimum charges inclusive of transport (where applicable) will apply to no shows and late cancellations.
  • We will make a best effort to estimate the time required. Any balance will be broken into 30 minute blocks and the remaining blocks can be used for a future task within 1 year period, from the invoice date.
  • All work done will be documented along with time taken, which will be shared with the client.
