Supermarket Management

Supermarket POS System for Singapore, Built on Business Central

Running a supermarket means dealing with weighed produce, consignment stock, age-restricted items and price changes every week, often across several stores.

The Cactoz Supermarket Solution is a supermarket POS system for Singapore that brings all of this into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, so your point of sales, shelves and back office use the same data.

Can the supermarket POS system work with our existing Business Central?

Yes. The Cactoz Supermarket Solution runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, so if you already use Business Central, we add the supermarket features to your current setup. Your items, vendors and finance stay where they are.

Yes. Business Central connects to Singapore’s InvoiceNow network through our e-invoicing extension, so you can send and receive e-invoices with your suppliers and business customers from the same system.

We have ready integration with NETS, credit card terminals and Adyen. The payment amount goes from the POS straight to the terminal, so cashiers don’t need to key it in manually.

When a cashier scans alcohol or tobacco, the POS prompts them to verify the customer’s age. Alcohol can also be blocked outside permitted sale hours. Both are configurable by store, so you can update them yourself when rules change.

Yes. The deposit appears as a separate line on the receipt, returned containers are refunded at the counter, and BCRS reports help your finance team reconcile deposits with the scheme operator.

Yes. Products, prices and stock sync from Business Central to webstores and to marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee.

Our Singapore and Malaysia teams support you after go-live, with 8×5 and 12×7 support plans to suit your trading hours.
